In the sanctuary of Diana, water, grove and threshold meet. The talk compares that system with Syracuse, following the figure of the dog as guardian of passage.

Gaspare Russo is an author, film director, independent researcher and teacher. Founder of Associazione Arco di Diana APS, ORCID 0009-0005-3198-9346. His work moves across archaeoastronomy, comparative mythology, the anthropology of perception and cinema.
